# Reasonable Adjustments and Special Considerations
## We're pleased to let you know that from 2 November, we'll be introducing a new online process for submitting Reasonable Adjustment and Special Consideration requests for CEC assessments.
### **What You Need to Do**
From 2 November, all new requests should be submitted using the online forms below:
**Reasonable Adjustments:** [Submit a Reasonable Adjustment Request](https://share.hsforms.com/1VqgjTJXYT1SCYG13P0Kc5A50itw)
**Special Considerations**: [Submit a Special Consideration Request](https://share.hsforms.com/1lygUq0XmQ3St9FtCl-AQDA50itw)
Both forms can also be accessed via the VQA [Customer Request](https://www.vqa.org/customer-request-centre#resits)
### **What's Improved?**
We're making the process simpler and more consistent for Providers. By moving to a dedicated online form, requests can be reviewed and managed more effectively, giving you a clearer experience from submission through to outcome. As part of this change, we're also introducing a defined service commitment, with decisions provided within 5 working days of receiving a complete submission, helping you plan assessment activity with greater confidence.
### **Important Information**
Any requests that have already been submitted, approved or are currently under review will continue to be processed as normal. There is no need to resubmit them.
To help avoid delays to assessments, in line with the Reasonable Adjustment SLA, requests should continue to be submitted before an assessment is booked.
