With Training Qualifications UK, you can access a massive range of regulated qualifications with fantastic sector coverage across a full range of funding streams.
We’ve made the process of becoming a recognised TQUK centre as straightforward and streamlined as possible, allowing you to start delivering high-quality education to your learners.
Initial enquiry
This is where everything begins. You can express interest in becoming a recognised TQUK centre or apprenticeship assessment provider in a variety of ways, but the most common are either calling our Business Development Team on 03333 583 344 and pressing three or visiting the TQUK website.
At this stage, our Business Development Officers will gather some basic information about your organisation and the qualifications you’re interested in offering. We’ll also send you some information about our fees and requirements so you can familiarise yourself with them ahead of your discovery meeting.
Discovery meeting
After your initial enquiry, we’ll reach out to arrange a discovery meeting, where we’ll discuss more in-depth information about your centre. It includes gathering information about:
- your delivery model
- staffing
- resources
- quality assurance processes
- overall readiness to offer regulated qualifications.
It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and clarify expectations.
Proposal and payment
Following the meeting, we provide a tailored proposal outlining the qualifications you can deliver, the support available, and the associated fees. This ensures you have a clear picture of what partnership with us looks like before moving forward. To kick off the onboarding process, you’ll need to sign the proposal to confirm you agree to the requirements with an e-signature.
You’ll also make your centre recognition payment during this stage. Once your proposal is signed, you’ll receive a quote for your centre recognition fee that, upon acceptance, will generate an invoice. For more information on making payments to TQUK, click here.
Onboarding and quality checks
Once you accept the proposal and pay the centre recognition fee, the formal onboarding process begins. You'll complete your onboarding forms and undergo quality checks to confirm that your organisation meets the regulatory requirements. This will include reviewing policies, staff qualifications, assessment methods, and internal quality assurance processes. For more information on TQUK’s quality assurance process, click here.
Approved status
When all checks are successfully completed, your organisation is granted Approved Status, and our team will offer you systems training to ensure you're ready to begin delivering the agreed regulated qualifications with our ongoing support.
