Pulse
TQUK Pulse is a comprehensive data analytics platform that provides centres with real-time insights into their learner data.
By consolidating information from various management systems, such as Verve for regulated qualifications and EPAPro for end-point assessments, Pulse enables you to track registrations, certifications, and gateway progress in a single location. Understanding how to access and manage this tool is essential for maintaining oversight of your delivery and performance.
Setup and access
Pulse is available on a yearly subscription basis to all recognised TQUK centres. To discuss gaining access to the platform, please contact our Business Development Team.
To simplify access and ensure consistency across your team, each centre is set up with a single, dedicated tquk-partners account. Unlike other TQUK platforms, which use individual credentials for each staff member, Pulse uses a shared account to streamline the login process. This approach ensures that all relevant stakeholders within your organisation are looking at the same live data, fostering better collaboration and internal reporting.
Data Privacy and row-level security (RLS)
While the account is shared within your centre, your data remains secure and private. The Pulse dashboards are built within the TQUK 365 tenant, which utilises advanced RLS. This means that even though you are accessing a global TQUK environment, the system is hard-coded to display only data associated with your centre. You can view your reports with the confidence that your proprietary learner information is isolated from other providers.
Navigating the dashboards
Once logged in, you can access various reporting suites tailored to your needs. These include registration and certification trends, EPA gateway metrics, and Functional Skills outcomes. The platform is designed to be intuitive, allowing you to filter data by specific dates, standards, or learner groups. This allows you to identify potential delays in the learner journey before they become issues, providing a proactive rather than reactive approach to management.
Troubleshooting and password recovery
Pulse uses a single shared account, so password management is handled slightly differently from individual accounts. If you have lost your password or it no longer works, contact the designated Pulse key contact at your centre to see if the credentials have been updated internally.
If the password remains inaccessible, contact our Customer Service Team. Our support staff will liaise directly with the Business Intelligence team to verify your identity and facilitate the restoration of access. This multi-step process is in place to protect the integrity of your data and ensure that access is only granted to authorised partners. Keeping your internal contact details up to date with TQUK will ensure this process remains swift and seamless.
